1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using REModel AI, you agree to these terms. If you are using REModel AI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

REModel AI is a commercial real estate underwriting tool that uses artificial intelligence to extract data from deal documents and build cash flow models. The service includes document processing, data extraction, cash flow projections, returns analysis, and team collaboration features.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within REModel AI. We do not claim any ownership rights over your deal documents, project data, or analysis output.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending documents to AI models for extraction, storing your projects in our database).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service's security.
• Share your account credentials with others (use team features instead).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or use automated tools to overload the service.

6. AI-Generated Output

REModel AI uses artificial intelligence to extract data and generate financial projections. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data and model outputs before making investment decisions. REModel AI is a tool to assist your analysis, not a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep REModel AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

REModel AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment decisions made based on data or projections generated by the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
